The Specialty Finance Group  specializes in working with companies to determine and obtain capital for their financing needs. We help secure financing for obtaining general working capital needs, recapitalization, mergers & acquisitions and buyouts, among others. Our network of lenders encompasses all debt strategies including ABL Revolvers & Term Loans, Cash Flow Loans, Mezzanine Loans, Venture Debt Loans, AR Factoring, Purchase Order Financing and Royalty Loans and spans all major industry verticals and deals range in size from ~$5 million to $50+ million. 

Robert Nathan

Director

With over 20 years in the industry, Mr. Nathan brings his vast network of clients and expertise with him to TriPoint joining the firm in 2015.  He focuses on raising Debt, Equity and Mezzanine Financing for emerging growth companies in the Technology and Healthcare sectors.  These companies have sub $500 million valuations and the offerings range in size from $3 to $20 million.  His clients include family offices, private equity firms, hedge funds and high net worth individuals, among others.  Prior to joining TriPoint, he served as Senior Vice President at Monarch Capital Group.  Mr. Nathan is a graduate of Ithaca College. He holds Series 7, 79 & 63 licenses.

 

Robert Brand

Vice President

Mr. Brand joined TriPoint in 2015. He concentrates on the origination and underwriting of senior & junior debt, mezzanine debt and various private & public equity financings across all major sectors. Prior to joining TriPoint, he was an Associate at Imperium Global Partners, Inc. where he focused on raising equity and underwriting various debt offerings for companies in the healthcare, energy, consumer and tech sectors. Prior to Imperium, Mr. Brand was an investment banking Analyst on the Underwriting team of Jefferies Finance LLC, a joint-venture between Jefferies & Company and Babson Capital, where he helped underwrite 13 transactions worth $2.5BN. Mr. Brand graduated from Lehigh University in 2011 with a B.S. in Finance.  Mr. Brand holds Series 63, 62 and 79 licenses.
