RACHAEL SCHMIERER, ASSOC. GERNERAL COUNSEL

Rachael Schmierer assists in all legal matters including corporate restructuring, private/public financing, and mergers and acquisitions relating to TriPoint Global's clients’ needs. In addition to her position at TriPoint Global, she is also Associate General Counsel of TriPoint Capital Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of TriPoint Global, and an associate of Hunter, Lesser, Taubman & Taubman, PLLC. Before joining the TriPoint team, Mrs. Schmierer was an associate at a real estate law firm engaging in all aspects of general litigation. Mrs. Schmierer graduated the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and graduated Brooklyn Law School in 2002. Mrs. Schmierer is admitted to both the New York and New Jersey bars.
