BRIAN CORBMAN, MANAGING DIRECTOR, CAPITAL MARKETS GROUP

Mr. Corbman is the senior member of the Capital Markets group for TriPoint Global where he interfaces with both issuers and investors to determine for our clients what are the most effective financial instruments available for their needs. He has significant expertise in raising capital and extensive relationships with institutional investors and funds.

Mr. Corbman joined TriPoint from Nexcore Capital where he built and operated the New York branch office. Mr. Corbman founded Ardent Advisors in 2003, concentrating on business strategy and corporate advisory services for emerging growth companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of Chanticleer Holdings (CCLR), a public company that is acquiring franchises that are part of the Hooters chain of restaurants. Previously, Mr. Corbman was an institutional salesman with Fulcrum Global Partners and Banc of America Securities. He also gained valuable corporate experience working for GSI Commerce (GSIC), a publicly traded company where he was the sole corporate development analyst. Mr. Corbman graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA from George Washington University, Washington, DC. He holds the following licenses: Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63
