Capital Markets Group The Capital Markets Group ("CMG") is responsible for the marketing, distribution and pricing of all equity offerings. Our CMG has experience in providing direction to clients on market acceptance, valuation, timing and structure of equity offerings. Brian Frank Mr. Frank has over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry specializing in raising capital for corporate clients using a variety of transaction types, including Initial Public Offering, private placements and registered direct offerings. Mr. Frank offers an entrepreneurial view of businesses and opportunities that assists companies in providing the highest level of advice. He founded a radio rollup company, Three Eagle Communications (later sold to Wachovia Capital Partners). Early in his career, Mr. Frank spent 11 years at D.H. Blair & Company as Senior VP of Investment, managing capital for high net worth individuals. His experience includes Barrington Capital, KSH Investment Group, Common Wealth Associates, HFP Capital Markets, LLC and Trident Partners. Mr. Frank has also successfully raised over $200 million for numerous hedge funds and private equity funds. Mr. Frank attended University of Hartford. Michael Graichen Mr. Graichen is a Senior Vice President in the Institutional Sales Group. With over 10 years of securities industry experience, Mr. Graichen is responsible for originating and executing PIPEs, Registered Directs and other alternative public offerings. Mr. Graichen has participated in over 25 transactions for public and private companies, primarily in North America and China. Mr. Graichen graduated from the University of Vermont. Lewis Mason Mr. Mason has over 20 years of experience in the brokerage industry. Early in his career he worked at Paine Webber and was part of a group that successfully raised capital for Amgen, Genentech, Centocor as well as others. From there he joined Smith Barney where he was named a Member of the Presidents Council. During that time Mr. Mason successfully raised capital with high net worth and institutional clients across various industries. From 1997-2002 he helped found a Broker Dealer that specialized in private financings and had grown to $800 million under management with over 50 brokers. More recently, Mr. Mason was a partner at Equity Source Partners, a boutique investment bank specializing in origination and placement of Investment Banking transactions. He also worked as a Managing Director in Capital Markets at Newbridge Securities in 2009/10. Mr. Mason attended the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. Patrick Gaynes Mr. Gaynes has 20 years' industry experience advising and financing emerging healthcare and technology companies, having raised upwards of $100 million for public and private companies, primarily in North America and Europe. Prior to joining TriPoint Global Equities, he was the founder and managing director of Aegis Equity, a Santa Monica, CA based private investment company focused on development stage companies in the energy, healthcare, digital media, financial services and luxury goods industries. Prior to founding Aegis, Mr. Gaynes served as an investment banker with Cardinal Securities and as Managing Director of Jesup & Lamont Securities Corp. in New York. Previously, Mr. Gaynes was a VP of Marketing at Motion Picture Licensing Corporation, a Los Angeles-based independent copyright licensing agency. He also spent two years as Marketing Manager during the founding of DynaMotive Technologies (OTCBB:DYMTF), a Vancouver-based environmental technologies firm. Mr. Gaynes earned his B.A. from Rutgers University. Andrew Kramer Mr. Kramer is a Vice President focusing on the firm's Institutional Trading initiative. He also works with the investment banking group periodically as he has extensive experience with transaction structuring, trading, due diligence, and valuation. Mr. Kramer previously worked with Ardent Advisors, a consulting firm that provides corporate advisory services for early stage companies. Prior to Ardent, Mr. Kramer worked as a Sales Associate in the VIP Client Division at Sony Electronics. He received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
